GEL 12V200AH is capable of wide protected operation temperature ranges of -40℃ to 65℃ which is highly cost-effective for solar, wind power, and other renewable energy systems. The battery can conquer harsh environments and have long-lasting high performance in high and low temperatures. 12V GEL battery is designed for 12 years of a lifetime floating design life at 25℃, 2V GEL battery is for 18 years. At minus 15℃ (minus 5 degrees F), the capacity also can be up to 65%. GEL 12V 200AH Keep high cycle life at 25℃(77℉), 600 cycles at 80% DOD and 2300 cycles at 30% DOD. Using our revolutionary unique heat sealing and TTP welding technology, the battery has perfect performance is maintenance-free, and can be used in outdoor and indoor environments without leaking or maintenance making it the best in its class.

nAll products are to be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and the laws of South Africa. Electrical products are required to be installed by professional and suitably qualified personnel,- have the correct COC (certificate of compliance)  in accordance with SANS regulations.

nNo warranty claims will be entered into if the above is not adhered to and documentation may be required.

nNo order will be binding on Puritech until it has been accepted by its management.

nPayment for the product/s ordered is due prior to shipment and needs to be cleared in our account.

nYou may attend to payment via EFT, or via any of the approved methods of payment referred to above.

nWhere applicable, prices are quoted on the ruling daily exchange rate and may increase as a result of adverse changes in the exchange rate. Until such time as we have received payment in full, we reserve the right to charge any fluctuations to the client’s account and the client undertakes to pay for such fluctuations on demand. It is the responsibility of the client to check that there have been no changes in the price prior to attending to payment.

nPrice, specifications, and terms are subject to change, you are therefore requested to peruse the prices, specifications, and terms prior to placing any order. The purchase price will be the current price as appearing on Puritech’s website www.puritech.co.za

nIf prior to delivery of the goods, there is any increase in the cost of the goods, or if any other taxes or duties are levied or any laws are promulgated which directly or indirectly increase the cost thereof to the company, the company shall be entitled to increase the price of the goods by an amount equal to such increased cost, by giving you reasonable notice thereof.

nChange of Orders

nAll orders and variations to orders are subject to these terms and conditions. Only written orders and variations to orders will be accepted by Puritech Notwithstanding the above, Puritech may, at its sole discretion, elect to accept and act upon telephonic orders and any variations to orders. Puritech however, reserves the right to refuse delivery or collection of any order until placed in possession of a written order form.

nCancellation of Orders
n
nRequests for cancellation of an order, prior to delivery, must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
n
nNo refunds will, however, be furnished on deposits or payments in the event of cancellation for specially ordered or manufactured goods.
n
nAny order is subject to cancellation by Puritech should the goods ordered become unavailable due to any cause beyond Puritech’s reasonable control.
n
nProcessing Times policy
n
nYou can expect an order to be processed within approximately two to five business days, provided the items are in stock and the payment has been verified. Puritech, therefore, cannot guarantee same-day shipping. Customers should also note that no orders will be processed on weekends and official public holidays.
n
nBack Orders
n
nPuritech will notify you should there be any delay in obtaining/delivering any goods ordered. The unavailable order will be placed on backorder, and the remainder of the order placed will be shipped. Please check our website for the back ordered items’ estimated time of arrival. Please note that the dates reflected are estimates and Puritech cannot guarantee the arrival dates. Should the backorder, however, remain undelivered 30 (thirty) days from the date the order was placed you may cancel the agreement by giving Puritech 7 (seven) days’ written notice. Any order is subject to cancellation by Puritech should the goods ordered become unavailable due to circumstances beyond Puritech’s reasonable control.

nGuarantees and Warranties
n
nTo the extent allowed by law, and notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement:
n

n
• Any goods supplied by the company shall be subject to the manufacturing company’s warranty;

n

• The only entitlement you shall have in respect of those goods shall be to require Puritech to apply such warranty against the manufacturer of those goods on your behalf.

n

• All goods and items are to be returned to Puritech 286 16th Road, Midrand at the customer’s expense.

n

• We do not offer any off-site warranty services.

n

• PLEASE NOTE:  We do not offer any warranties, nor will we enter into any claim regarding GEL batteries as they don’t have the BMS (Battery Management System) in them.

n

nThe warranty shall immediately be rendered null and void in the event of any of the following:
n

n
• Failure to use the products in accordance with instructions and specifications provided by the Manufacturer;

n

• Should the product have been subjected to physical damage, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, tampering, or improper maintenance, or has been serviced, repaired, or installed by persons not possessing the necessary qualifications required to do so;

n

nReturns
n
nYou may return goods in the following instances:
n

n
• Within 7 (seven) days of the date of the receipt of the goods if the transaction falls within the scope of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transmissions Act. The aforementioned return policy excludes items contemplated in Section 42(2) of the aforementioned Act; or

n

• within the implied warranty period if the product is defective according to the manufactures warranty; or

n

• Within 15 (fifteen) business days, if Puritech has wrongly supplied goods off a written order.

n

nNotwithstanding the above, Puritech shall not be required to accept the return of any goods, unless defective within the warranty period, if at your direction of you, the goods have been:
n

n
• partially or entirely disassembled;

n

• physically altered;

n

• permanently installed, affixed, or attached;

n

• Joined or added to or blended or combined or embedded within other goods or property.

n

nReturns Procedure
n

• Puritech will not accept the return of any product without prior authorization and a confirmation return number issued by Puritech

n

• Customers agree to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. You are required to bear the cost of shipping and insurance required for the return of the goods to Puritech. Puritech will not refund shipping charges unless an error in delivery was made by Puritech.

n

• Customers agree that all returned products for credit, replacement, or refund will be 100% complete, in a resalable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

n

• There shall be a 25% return charge (as per supplier/manufacturer charge) for returns due to the order being the fault of the consumer.

n

• If any component of the returned product is missing, Puritech will refuse to accept the return or may impose additional charges against you for the replacement of the missing component.

n

• Puritech may impose a reasonable fee should it be necessary to restore the goods in order to render them suitably fit for re-stocking.
