Its operating pressure is about 1/2 of the operating pressure of conventional low-pressure composite membrane, so as to reduce the investment cost of related pumps, pipelines, containers, and other equipment and the operating cost of reverse osmosis system, and improve economic benefits.

nXLP series membrane elements are suitable for the treatment of low-salt water sources with not high requirements for desalination rate, such as surface water, groundwater, tap water, and municipal water with salt content less than 1000ppm.
