3000 LPH Reverse Osmosis System – Industrial Water Purification
The 3000 LPH reverse osmosis system is a high-capacity industrial water purifier designed to remove salts, minerals, and impurities from feed water. It produces up to 3 T/H of purified water, making it suitable for industrial plants, beverage production, laboratories, and commercial operations.
Because this is a standalone RO unit, it does not include pretreatment equipment. Therefore, sediment and carbon filters or antiscalant dosing should be installed upstream to protect the membranes. As a result, the system delivers stable, low-TDS water reliably.
How It Works
Feed water first enters the system and is pushed by the high-pressure pump through RO membranes. Consequently, salts and impurities remain on the reject side, while purified water passes through as product water.
Meanwhile, flow meters, pressure gauges, and panel controls allow operators to monitor system performance. Therefore, the membranes are protected, and the system runs efficiently even during continuous operation.

Operation & Performance
The system operates under high pressure, which allows water molecules to pass through membranes while salts and impurities are rejected. Therefore, low-TDS water is consistently produced.
In addition, monitoring instruments provide real-time data on flow and pressure, ensuring stable operation and protecting the membranes. Because proper pretreatment is required upstream, scaling and fouling are minimized, which prolongs the membrane life.
Applications
The 3000 LPH reverse osmosis system is ideal for:
- Industrial water treatment plants
- Beverage and bottling facilities
- Food processing operations
- Laboratories and pharmaceutical water supply
- Commercial water systems needing low-TDS water
Installation & Maintenance Notes
- Conduct a water analysis before installation to determine the necessary pretreatment.
- Install sediment, carbon filters, and antiscalant dosing upstream.
- Qualified technicians should handle installation and commissioning.
- Monitor flow, pressure, and TDS regularly to maintain membrane efficiency.
- Flush membranes periodically according to water quality and usage.
Why Choose This System
The 3000 LPH reverse osmosis system offers industrial durability, high capacity, and membrane efficiency. Although it is a standalone RO unit, it integrates well with pretreatment systems. Therefore, it delivers consistent, high-quality water for demanding commercial and industrial applications.
